Compendia traditional games and puzzles belongs to the Toogood family. They have the one shop in Greenwich Market, London and they also sell their games online.

About fourteen years ago Rob was sitting round after a lovely dinner and said "I know what we should do, we should open a games shop. We love games." And so they did...

The shop stocks a wide range of traditional board games, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards and dominoes. Many of the games are hard to get hold of like Skipbo, Set, Mexican Train dominoes, and Phase 10 cards from America and the Japanese board game Go.

Very popular are the family favourites such as tri-ominos and traditional British games like the cricket dice game Owzthat, Shut the Box and Shove Ha'penny. Compendia make some of the board games, Carrom and Shove Ha'penny, just down the road in Deptford.
