United Ideas sells hand knitted and hand embroidered cardigans which are made in Peru. Owner Sandra undertakes all of the design in England and then works with skilled knitters (who tend to be the men in the community) and embroiderers (the women) in Peru to produce the items.
There are some great themes for boys such as football and trains, and for girls there are very pretty cardigans decorated with cherries and flowers.
An exclusive collection of baby toys and bedding is also available in store. And don't miss the adorable finger puppets - a snip at £1!
