Nearly 10 years ago, frustrated by the lack of choice of chemical-free and eco-friendly baby products, new mum Jill Barker gambled her City redundancy on setting up an environmentally-aware company and so Green Baby was born.
Fast forward those 10 years and Green Baby is a Greenwich firm favourite, a Prima fashion-award winner and a destination store no less for all expectant and new parents seeking organic and fair trade products such as organic cotton clothing, natural bedding and furniture, Soil Association-certified products and wooden toys.
