360 Degrees Vintage opens in Greenwich Market

16 April 2009
Greenwich Market this week saw the opening of 360 Degrees Vintage next door to George II café and Bizili, the craft shop.
Run by founders and owners Lynn Burgess and Kit Allen, 360 Degrees Vintage had previously traded in Greenwich at the Old Petrol Station next door to the Village Market and needed to find a new home when the market closed down.
Lynn commented “We were delighted to secure a shop in Greenwich Market – we love being in Greenwich, it’s been my second home for 15 years and the atmosphere in the market makes us feel very welcome.”
360 Degrees Vintage stocks a wide range of vintage clothes and accessories such as bags, shoes, hats and scarves from 1900 to the early 80s, for both men and women, covering daytime and evening wear. In particular it has sourced some wonderful wedding dresses and some great pieces from the 40s and 50s, including a great selection of prom dresses. 360 also has some very special pieces from designers such as fashion luminaries Yves Saint Laurent, Biba and Ossie Clark.
360 Degrees Vintage, which got its name from the fact that vintage clothing goes full circle, regularly attracts stylists and costumer designers from the world of theatre and film, as well as having a loyal celebrity following.
