Jerk seasoning, pepper sauce - Caribbean blends plus various jellies using exotic and traditional ingredients all made with a 'Scotch bonnet' pepper base.

The blends consist of chillies and fruit, all home and hand made in Barking, Essex with no artificial flavours or preservatives and suitable for vegetarians.

Cooking classes:
3 - 4 courses per year. Each courses is a one day event where you learn to cook a Caribbean meal consisting of a main course, side and a drink.

Classes typically run from 10am - 2pm, but may take longer depending on the dish being prepared (a good Oxtail can take a bit longer).
Cost: Only £80 per person.
Each class is limited to a maximum of 4 persons.
                                                   
One-to-one tuition is also available in your home for only £20 extra.  Please contact us for details or to arrange a lesson.
Includes: Ingredients, Course notes and Recipes - all of which you get to keep (and enjoy the wonderful meal as well).

All done with Rice and Peas, a choice of Caribbean side dishes and a typical Caribbean drink like Sorrel, Fruit Punch or Rum Punch.
